I requested cheese on my burger and no tomatoes or pickles. When I opened my burger, I found that there was no cheese, and they had added pickles instead. While I'm not allergic to pickles or tomatoes, I know that could be problematic for someone who is. The staff really needs to pay closer attention to orders. View all feedback.
What Garland Fisher doesn't like about Burger King:
Haven't been hear for a while since quality declined. Sadly has not improved. Order was very incorrect. Wrong sandwiches that were cold and soggy. Leading to the half frozen the other half cold and soggy fries and onion rings. The mozzarella sticks were hard and white on the outside. This will now be the last resort. View all feedback.
I went there to grab a scarf, and I was really excited at first. However, when I finally reached the drive-thru window, I found only one person taking orders and cooking. What a disappointment!

We visited this restaurant after 6:00 p.m. and were disappointed to find that the onion rings we received were old and overly crunchy. This is not the quality one would expect for a meal. I understand that service during peak hours needs to be quick, but the food quality is essential for encouraging repeat business. I'm hesitant to return.
She only thought of a snack, but when the drinking cup was given to me, she put it on the counter. When I asked about another, she got Ornery said that she did so to prevent Kovid being spread. That's ridiculous. All that floats in the air where no one sneaks or coughs is nothing compared to a counter that is dirty. The cup should be placed NIE with the drinking edge on a dirty counter.
Unbelievable! I gave a code at the drive through for a $3 Whopper. When I pulled up to pay she asked me for the code again… I had redeemed the code at the window during the order so the code had disappeared from my phone. She then refused to give me the $3 deal because I no longer had the code. I asked for her name so that I could call Burger King corp. She slammed and locked the window and called the police. That’s what Burger King calls customer service? Nicely done!
