The service was excellent. I was greeted at the door, quickly seated and my drink came fast. The server was super attentive. The food was confusing. I keep reading about all these Mexican dishes and things, but I saw nothing like that on the menu. I had a ribeye sandwich. The ribeye was very thin and was served on a piece of white toast. Stopped in for an unplanned lunch while running errands with my DD. The atmosphere is bright and welcoming, the staff attentive and kind. Can’t wait to come back for more. I had a torta which was huge and delicious. My DD ordered carne asada tacos. ??

Had some of the best tacos here. The tomatillo had the right flavor as well as heat!!!! Our server told us that the chef has been cooking for 30 years! Servers were very tentative on point. I always look at the floors at a restaurant. If the floors are nasty then I know the kitchen will be too. This restaurant was immaculate. Extremely clean!!! We'll be back for sure!!!!
I never visited the Cabana Pancake House; instead, I went to the Cabana Mexican Restaurant, which I believe is owned by the same folks. I only tried the birria tacos, and they were the best I've ever had in my life. My wife ordered the chicken tacos, and she loved them as well. Everything we tried was exceptional, ranking among the finest Mexican food I've ever had, with the exception of the refried beans. None of us were impressed with the refried beans, as they were a different style than what we're used to, but they might have been enjoyable in their own right. The gentleman who served us spoke limited English but communicated effectively and understood exactly what we wanted. I highly recommend this place, especially if you’re a fan of birria tacos!
