FAQ
Feedback
We ordered two medium rare prime ribs and one medium prime rib, but when they arrived, all three were served at the same temperature, which was medium. I called the waitress over and explained that we had ordered two medium rare. She insisted they were cooked to medium rare, but when I pointed out the medium steak, she merely stated that it had cooled to medium. Then the chef came out and tried to argue that the tint on the windows was affecting the appearance of the meat. However, there was absolutely no pink in any of the steaks. Unsurprisingly, we didn't eat and will not be returning. It completely ruined our birthday dinner.
We’ve visited this restaurant twice since it’s conveniently located near the hotel where we stay for work. The service has been inconsistent. During our most recent visit, the server was friendly and understanding when issues came up, but unfortunately, they were not familiar with the menu. Additionally, there was no one available to refill our water glasses. The menu feels outdated—not in a charming way, but rather as if it has simply grown tired. The food is decent, and I believe the kitchen staff is genuinely trying, but the execution falls short, even for simple dishes like trout and prime rib. Overall, the quality of the food would need to improve significantly to offset the pretentious attitude of the hostess. Each time we dined there, it felt like our presence was more of a burden than a pleasure, so we’ll take the hint and won’t return. If you’re looking for dinner in that area, I recommend the kebab place, which offers a much more welcoming atmosphere.
