Ramen Soul - Mooresville

A must eat if you are hungry for authentic Ramen, Dim Sum, Sho Po in North Carolina. Ramen Soul was absolutely worth the hour drive from Winston Salem, NC. Only wish you were closer. Definitely will be returning to try out your entire menu. There are no noodle shops anywhere here in the Triad. Definitely would recommend expanding to the Winston Salem Greensboro area as there is a need for this. Many friends of ours are into Ramen Dim Sum and are always searching for these types of restaurants in our area. My wife and I's food was wonderfully tasty, delicious. We ordered 2 Tonkatsu Ramen Bowls, 1 order of Tokyo Street Corn, 1 order of Lobster Pork Shumai Dumplings, 1 order of BBQ Pork Steamed Buns and 1 order of Chocolate Peanut Rolls for dessert. Our server Ryan was nice and accommodating. With wonderfully quick service and details about the menu. Thank you for your hard work and time. :

Yes. Yes. And more yes. I’ve been craving ramen and Ramen Soul did not disappoint! Brought my 8 year old son with me for lunch today. He had a noodle bowl with chicken, with shrimp added. I had Tonkotsu Shiitake. Both were terrific. The Tonkotsu was over-the-top delicious with a broth that makes you glad to be alive. The service was phenomenal and friendly. Our server was so helpful and had great advice and recommendations. Honestly, I considered ordering another bowl it was so good.

Fantastic first visit. We ordered two appetizers Lobster dumplings, edamame. Both were terrific, well cooked and fresh. We ordered three different ramen bowls, one salmon, one pork and one beef. They were also very good. Our server was amazing, very knowledgeable, attentive and helped us learn the menu and make choices. Love the Beatles theme to the whole place. Have been to Futabuta in Charlotte. I'll just switch and go here instead. It was better and much closer. Well done!!

The place was recommended to us and though there were mixed reviews, we gave it a try to find things out for ourselves. And since we were also on the hunt for an alternative Ramen place besides the one we have uptown, to go to, we ventured out. I ordered Shoyu which was flavorful and just the right size for me. My sidekick, had Shiso veggie which was also good. And for a picky vegetarian saying it was good, that's saying a lot. Our server was also very attentive to us which was a plus, being it our first time there. I'll say it's worth a visit. I'll even say, it's comparable to Futo Buta's in price and quality. The place also had the feel and look of a traditional ramen place in Japan. Definitely, worth going back to!

We purchased a groupon because I have been dying to try this place out. It did not disappoint. I am sensitive to gluten and the gluten free noodles were amazing. Our server was fantastic, so much so we wish we could have him every time. We will definitely be back many many times in the future!
