The food preparation is good and typical of other stores in this chain. The breads and pastries are good. Their coffee is very good. Clearly a step above most fast food restaurants. Their sandwiches are very tasty. They seem to desperately want to move more towards online ordering, but until their online system knows the quantities of Bagels by type as well as pastries by type, I for one found their online ordering p... What User doesn't like about Panera Bread:
Dear Panera Food Server, Please check out the coffee when you spend it. If it does not visibly evaporate much as it goes into the cup, it is not hot enough to serve. It will cool over time when too warm for the customer, but it will not warm up unless the customer takes another step, such as Microwaving, which is not accepted that it is necessary when ordering coffee. The dirtiest Panera ever. All tables were nasty. Getting worse too. We will not be back for a while. Also please wear hairnets. Hair was in our soup. Gross. It was not mine Managers wake up !!! Oh no lids either for cups. The place has went down hill and managers don’t respond to me for feedback. People have been complaining for months and you have done nothing. I’m telling everyone not to come here and eat
We ordered delivery and unfortunately my boyfriends soup lid wasn’t on all the way. Soaked the bag, I called to let them know. And we were refunded. The young man who answered the phone was amazing! Costumer service was on point! Much appreciated
Food was good. But the dining area is a mess. The entire time we were here, No one came out to clean up. I understand one should clean up after oneself but, this was pretty bad.
Biggest waist of money!!!! I should have gone to an actual restaurant. Walked in and 3 employees were standing at the registers talking about personal stuff and as soon as we made eye contact they scattered. Then there is a sign up at all registers that says to use the kiosk to place order due to being understaffed. Well I work retail and customer service too and I know if there is time to stand around and talk about personal things especially when there are 4 customers sitting and eating with no one else in placing an order then you should be able to take orders. Also for $14 this pick two should be much bigger instead of a toddler sized grilled cheese… Panera should be ashamed of what they charge for what what they give… might as well grab ankles cause they goin in dry. Pathetic
We agreed to give the Mooresville location one more chance. After spending $44 on lunch and being totally disappointed, we will not bother dining there again. When we walked in we had to wait on the kids in the back to stop fooling around and finally notice us. The tables were dirty, menu selection limited and prices extremely high! This location has been a flop from day one! Although not within their control, the Baja Chicken Bowl is back on the menu, but it is a poor excuse for a remake of first version. My husband’s flatbread was cold and the tasted bland. The last time we were there, the staff was vacuuming beside our table while we were eating even though it was an hour before closing. When I ordered a catering meal from this location it was a giant fiasco! It was $400 and came with the worst service and excuses imaginable. Try at your own risk.
