The longhorn steak was really good and cooked to perfection, however the other meal was floating in a pool of grease . I ordered additional bread just to soak it up so I could eat some of the meal. We loved our waitress. View all feedback.
What Fawn H doesn't like about Longhorn Steakhouse:
After being seated for 25 minutes, the waiter finally took our order. Once the food arrived, it was horrible. The filet was undercooked, over seasoned, and gristly. It couldn't be cut with a knife, let alone eaten. After 2 bites, we were done. We sat for another 20 minutes waiting for the waiter to return. The manager did nothing, the waiter did nothing. Our first and last experience. View all feedback.

We went for an early dinner, around 3. The food took way too long. The chicken tasted like chemicals, the Mac and cheese looked like it had been cooked days before, and although our waitress was apologetic, there were no attempts to make it right. We didn't eat the food, we paid the bill and left..... we will not be back.
I went to this restaurant last night for dinner and was very disappointed. It's supposed to be a steakhouse, but the steak was not up to par. Both my dining companion and I ordered ribeye with brussel sprouts and a side salad. The salad and sprouts were the best part of the meal, but the steak was a letdown. It was thin and tough, not the 12oz cut that was promised on the menu. I couldn't even finish it and ended up giving it to my dogs. The service was also lacking, with the server seeming to rush through our meal and placing food and drinks in inconvenient spots on the table. In the end, our meal and drinks cost around $75 and it was definitely not worth it.
The Longhorn Steakhouse in Mooresville was a pleasant surprise from similar steakhouses in the area. What made this location distinct was the cleanliness, friendly/prompt service, and the food and drinks were delicious. My wife and I will definitely be repeat customers. Enjoy friends!
