What Dustin Williams doesn't like about Firehouse Subs 1170:
They could have gotten a 5 star but for the amount of food that I got for the price you pay was definitely NOT worth the money. And all my subs looked like this today. No to pleased. View all feedback.
So if I could give this place a -5 stars, that would be what they get. Customer service was a big fat zero! Three guys behind the counter and on the phone. Not even a hell of them. The order was wrong and we ordered on person at the counter. I told the boy what we wanted. ALL WRONG! Also ordered two cups chili, came home and it wasn't in the bag! This will be my first and LAST visit at all. Oh, and when you get salami on your lower part, they give you only three pieces and the rolls are stabbed in hell!
Massively overpriced for what I received. Order was wrong and due to it being delivered, I couldn't get it fixed. I got a tiny amount of meat on bread and none of my extras that I paid for were added. What a disappointing lunch on a 13 hour shift. Will not order again.
Tried to order on my phone but app wouldn't take my payment? Walked in placed order and out. Fast simple and easy. Food was great; only minus the NY Steamer has the dipping sauce poured onto bread so when I got to eat it later bread was a bit soggy.
Firehouse subs and the Hook and Ladder have been my favorite sub shop and sandwich for quite a while. Wasn't sure what I wanted for lunch today as I was headed to Lowe's and remembered Firehouse and got excited about getting a Hook and Ladder. Boy, was that excitement crushed! So uch so, I'm not sure if I ever want to go to any firehouse ever again! As I was walking in, one of the three employees I saw at the store was walking back in from disposing of garbage with one glove on and headphones in. Waited on him to take off the glove, not wash his hands, and take my order and hand me a tea cup. It was obvious by his banging on the keypad, with headphones, he wasn't happy to be there. Could hardly communicate my order to him because of the headphones and his tone! Got my order and asked for sauce. I couldn't remember the name of the sauce because it use to be setting out. After asking him a few questions trying to figure it out, he became extremely rode and calked me bro several times. At that point, I told him to forget it. I could hear him and his coworker talking about me. Finally another employee came out a d I asked if he was a manager. He responded he was and I asked him about sauce. He finally found what I wanted. After that I sat there as the 2 employees in front threw and kicked boxes and looked at their phones. There was plenty of cleaning that needed to be done but they didn't seem to care. Firehouse should close this site if they can't perform any better! Gives the franchise a terrible reputation!
Food is good and flavorful. Also large portions. Why not five stars. Cashier wore mask NONE of the food preparation staff wore a mask. Weird. The wait. Seriously 49 minutes between ordering food and my name called to the counter to pickup food. What did i order? Two sandwiches a brisket and a turkey. Every customer in the store was disappointed at the poor service times. This is flat out unacceptable. While the food was good i will not return. There are too many other places with much better service.
