It's ok. Coffee was cold when first ordered. The workers fixed it tho. Easy to miss if your heading to Mooresville from 150. Coffee tatsyed great when it was warmed up. Nice and clean. Great veiw when inside. View all feedback.

Almost $5.00 for a medium-sized icy green tea matcha late and it had gone into four sips. Full of ice.
Donuts we not horrible, but certainly not good. Grocery stores make better (and cheaper) donuts. I found it strange that the donuts weren 't listed on the menu (inside or drive through). So you just have to ask what they have. This place has 'donuts ' in the name but can 't show costumers what donuts they sell. Anyway, went inside to figure out what they actually had available and the people were not friendly. The cashier looked at me like my existence annoyed her. I decided on my donuts and she tossed them together in a bag like she could care less. She didn 't put papers or anything to separate them, so my donuts ended up sharing icing and toppings. It 'd be one thing if they were out of the papers, in which case I would have asked for certain ones to have their own bag. In this case it appeared that they simply don 't care enough about the customer satisfaction over their donuts. I do not recommend this place for donuts at all.
Probably the worst Dunkin I've been to. Unfortunately the next one is a lot further away. 3rd time here and 3rd time an issue. A few weeks ago I placed an On-The-Go order for a caramel iced coffee and a hot caramel latte. I get here and their espresso machine broken. Can't get a latte. My wife didn't want anything else. They couldn't credit me and only offered a substitute. All I asked is that they write an IOU on the receipt. But they wouldn't even do that. So I lost $4. Today I decided to give them another chance. Caramel iced coffee, caramel latte and a dozen donuts. Again placed an On-The-Go order so they can specifically see Caramel Swirl which is sweet, NOT the caramel flavor which is unsweetened. Didn't taste until we get back to campground 20 minutes away. We'll be staying here until September but doubtful we'll be coming back here for another failure.
I really cannot say anything! While sitting in the drvthru, there was one car in front of me placing an order. What seemed like could've been three cars ordering (time wise), felt like more. I checked the web page for opening times (they were open). I wondered if the patron fell asleep at the ordering booth. I didn't check or hang around.
