Chunky Monkey Ice Cream Sweets

I love this hip little ice cream shop. So many great (and unique) flavors to choose from. The staff is super friendly and so many little seating areas it reminds me of a country version of the Friend's Cafe. The price is so reasonable. Can't wait until summer so I can use the patio area.

The customer service here is phenomenal! The server let us try several ice cream flavors before we picked one out, and even explained many of their specialities as we were new. I have had better ice cream, for the price, I think the ice cream is great! I am excited to try more of the new flavors when they come out!

Moral of the story: don?t go there if you have your heart set on a specific flavor of ice cream. I think their ice cream is good when they have it. The first time in the last two weeks we went on a Wednesday and they said they had a ?crazy weekend? and were out of 75% of their menu items/flavors. Okay. The second time we went still out of a lot of their choices, so we didn?t get anything. Today we went after seeing their post on Facebook about getting their truck in. (I had been craving some good ice cream for two weeks now) the lady tells us they are out of the choices we want. Then proceeds to let us pick a flavor and says she has it to come back and say never mind. They have it but there weren?t going to put it out to pick something else. GRANTED before we have had good ice cream but the last three times seems it?s been lacking. Maybe due to new employees but none of the situations were handled with great customer service. We understand it?s not the employees fault but we?ve watch employees roll their eyes when a new customer walks in. Maybe either too busy or dreading having to tell them they are out of everything. Also I wouldn?t ask for a sample again with the attitude I got the first time.

Our second trip here since moving to the area. Delicious ice cream and alot of amazing flavors to choose from. The staff is exceptionally helpful and so nice!!!!

Very friendly service, and lots of ice cream flavors and options. Tonight my wife enjoyed the Flight of ice cream. It is four scoops of any ice cream flavor they have available, and can add a topping to each in order to enhance the flavors. We love the atmosphere such as the retro furniture and pictures.
