We waited over 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged us, and then we were told that we had too many kids to be seated together due to pandemic restrictions. However, this is the only restaurant that has ever refused to seat us with our own children. View all feedback.
Disappointed that this location does not stock vegan cheese and is unwilling to use a sealed package of non-dairy cheese from Kroger (Daiya) on a pizza for a child attending a birthday party. The Plainfield location had accommodated this need in the past.
Great pizza and amazing salad bar. My son absolutely loves it
Greatest customer service ever!! Please tell me where you find them. The staff is attentive and genuinely cares about your business. Keep up the good work.
We decided to give them another chance a few days ago, but while waiting to be seated, we overheard a woman loudly yelling expletives at another employee in the kitchen, causing enough of a ruckus that two customers left their seats to find out what was happening. We chose to leave as well and headed to the Chinese restaurant down the street, joined by three other groups who followed suit. Tonight, I placed a to-go order and regretted not bringing my camera; there was a massive pile of trash at the pizza-making area, with debris scattered all over the floor. Additionally, two customers at the counter were complaining about their sodas not tasting right, and instead of resolving the issue, the girl behind the counter argued with them. It's clear that this place is being run by kids without proper adult supervision. Three strikes are enough—we will not be returning, and I would not recommend it to anyone else.
