What Lauren M doesn't like about Brooklyn Boys Pizza:
I’m really disappointed. During a hectic move, I paid around $24 for a pizza that was completely raw. I can't even lift the slices; it's just a mushy mess. It was a total waste, and we ended up tossing it out. View all feedback.
Ordered two slices of cheese pizza with spinach, onion and mushrooms. The service and staff were super friendly and helpful but I was not impressed with the pizza. The spinach tasted like it was boxed frozen spinach and I’m not sure the mushrooms were fresh. Possibly jarred sliced mushrooms or maybe kept in water in the kitchen. The onion was okay but it was like eating cut pieces straight from a raw onion. Slivered and oven baked along with the toppings would have tasted a lot better. First time visiting but probably won’t return. Is there sauce on the slices or is it garlic butter? I wasn’t sure but I didn’t see or taste any sauce. I just took most toppings off and ate the pizza because I was starving.
Im from Brooklyn and this is not New York pizza, its the worst pizza I ever had
Authentic NY pizza and pasta. Will definitely return for another meal.
The calzone was decent, but it only had meat in the center, which was not common for a Brooklyn style calzone The wings that I was told we’re gonna be deep fried after they were baked were soggy The zucchini strips were soggy on edible not even worth eating
Keith is the man, i lived in NY for over 30 years and this pizza is the only true quality that holds up that ibfound in LKN area, Brooklyn Bridge slice is great the one i just had was delicious ive had the chicken parm subs as well
