Bojangles' Famous Chicken N Biscuits

You need to repair their app, should?t have to wait 30 minutes for the order after it says the food is ready. Edit: Food was good:

Based on order board, waited 10 minutes to without confirming the wait (line had so long behind me it was in the street). Finally, my order and the employee interrupted me while I spoke and rested my order wrong, I told her that was wrong and told her my order again and she was interrupted again and just said, yes, we did not have it anymore. So I told her cute and she just said okay without worry? So I just went away because the line was before me?t hardly moved over the 12 of so minutes anyway. Just a total joke of customer service.

I went inside to order. There were 7 or 8 people working that day. No customers inside but me. Drive thru had a car on and off. It took a while for the cashier to acknowledge me and come over to take my order. As I ordered, he had to yell over to the crew to see if they had any of the items I asked for. They said they had barely enough to make my order complete. Sounds good! Well, it took another long while for them to package it all together and hand it to me. Thankfully the order was accurate and complete. Got the food home and the family enjoyed it. All in all, it was satisfactory. Bojangles in general has slid from what it was.

Don't know what's going on at this Bojangles but the last 2 times I've been there I am given an amount when I order thru the drive thru and when I get to the window some girl with blue hair comes over and starts poling on the register and all of a sudden my bill goes up.. Last time it went from $10. something to $12.something... This time from $14. something to $17. something... I just got my CC back and drove off... ordering breakfast by the way.. Last time gong to this one!!!!

The assistant manager Sarah doesn?t seem to know what she?s doing. Wandering around playin on her phone. Leaves the store in general chaos
