Bojangles' Famous Chicken N Biscuits

Wait 20 minutes, just for some to finally take our order. Then only 2 people took order while there were ten people in the line, even every work saw us and did not even help before 20mins stood. You're garbage

You need to repair their app, should?t have to wait 30 minutes for the order after it says the food is ready. Edit: Food was good:

Epically slow service today. Not a long drive thru line but was in line over 20 minutes. I expected to see like 2 employees by the time I got to the window but saw 4. And not even a sorry about the wait after waiting at the window like 5 min more.

I went inside to order. There were 7 or 8 people working that day. No customers inside but me. Drive thru had a car on and off. It took a while for the cashier to acknowledge me and come over to take my order. As I ordered, he had to yell over to the crew to see if they had any of the items I asked for. They said they had barely enough to make my order complete. Sounds good! Well, it took another long while for them to package it all together and hand it to me. Thankfully the order was accurate and complete. Got the food home and the family enjoyed it. All in all, it was satisfactory. Bojangles in general has slid from what it was.

Don't know what's going on at this Bojangles but the last 2 times I've been there I am given an amount when I order thru the drive thru and when I get to the window some girl with blue hair comes over and starts poling on the register and all of a sudden my bill goes up.. Last time it went from $10. something to $12.something... This time from $14. something to $17. something... I just got my CC back and drove off... ordering breakfast by the way.. Last time gong to this one!!!!
