What Marilyn Ramos doesn't like about Philly Pretzel Factory:
On Sunday 9/26/2021 right before closing (4pm) I walked in and asked the young lady/cashier for help ordering. She had a blank stare and replied what? as if she had no idea what I was saying. Every time I asked for something her reply was what? with her blank stare. Even when I asked her for a cup of RIVET PRETZELS she seemed confused on what I was ordering and again asked what? after I already ordered the smallest o... View all feedback.
New ownership is terrible. Called to request salt free pretzels for my 88 year old dad on dialysis…and they said they no longer offer any pretzels without salt. Have called in advance and done this at the Moorestown location for years. Not sure what the big deal is…but will find another franchise to order from.

I love this place! Always good service. Everyone is really friendly. The girl behind the counter Brittany is the best! Highly recommended.
Just want to say I was at the store earlier young lady at the counter earlier was very warm and friendly very helpful pleasant had a smile and was very helpful the service was excellent the food was
Pretzels were good, but expensive. There is a 5 for $4 deal at many other locations, but here it was 5 for $4.95. Pretzels at many locations are warm, but not here.
