Impressive. I was part of a group that reserved the meeting room and this was my first visit to this location. The service was superb and my dish was very tasty. View all feedback.
While the food is good, the prices are on the steep side. The restaurant could use some updates, but the quality of the meals makes up for it. The service is generally satisfactory—never terrible, but not always exceptional. We usually opt for a special that includes a steak dinner, as it costs just a few dollars more than the buffet alone. We enjoy the buffet and take the steak home for the next day, which makes the overall price feel more reasonable since we end up with two meals. However, I do think their pricing for children's meals is a bit excessive. They consider kids to be 10 and under, while most places include children up to 12. Additionally, the buffet prices for kids are not cheap, and many kids under 10 don't eat much.
The service was extremely friendly—like, really welcoming! The food is your standard buffet fare, but it's definitely an upgrade from Ryan's.
Impressive! I was part of a group that reserved the meeting room, and this was my first time visiting this location. The service was excellent, and my meal was delicious.
Fantastic! I visited this restaurant for the first time last week and was pleasantly surprised. I've dined at other Western Sizzlin locations before, but this one was truly a delight. I ordered a steak and explored the buffet. The steak was delectable, cooked to perfection, and truly a quality piece of meat! While the buffet had some standard offerings, it also featured freshly made vegetable dishes that were outstanding. The collard greens were the best I've had since leaving Memphis, and the black-eyed peas were cooked just right. I highly recommend this restaurant. The service was excellent—definitely not your typical Western Sizzlin experience!
Western Sizzlin has remained remarkably unchanged over the past 25+ years, for better or worse. The décor features random pictures of OKC Thunder, OU, and OSU sports, likely sourced from Google, all displayed in cheap and tacky frames. Despite this lack of aesthetic update, the restaurant offers a solid, albeit limited, buffet and reasonably priced, high-quality steaks. The standout feature here is definitely the steak selection and quality; you'll never experience that 'frozen and just thawed' taste. Instead, for your money, you receive fresh, high-quality steaks available for dine-in or call-in. While the dated decor and limited buffet/salad bar are drawbacks, the high-quality steaks and made-to-order meals at affordable prices are definite highlights.
