I would give this place three stars. There's a sign on the window encouraging customers to try curbside pickup, so I placed an online order to pick up. When I called to confirm the pickup, the manager told me I couldn't come inside but referred me to the sign. Very good, clean store. Separate sex restrooms, not requiring masks at this time. Good neighborhood. Of course, excellent food and much healthier than other fast foods. Just missing a drive-thru. At least you can order on the App and they will deliver it directly to your car, if you don't mind another app on your food. I don't eat out often, so it doesn't make sense for me. Bon Appetite.
The personal was actually awake at this place. I was located at other places where the personal was uninterested and lazy and the personal was awake and attentive. That's enough to earn five stars. the food was good. I had a steak and cheese foot.

I waited patiently for my food, but the man in front of me was rude to the staff, who were just trying to do their jobs. Despite their efforts to remain calm, my order ended up being delayed. There were also passive-aggressive signs telling customers not to touch anything and to stand back from the glass. The cleanliness of the place was below average, and the overall atmosphere was not welcoming. I believe the management has some issues to address. If possible, I would recommend going to another Subway or restaurant.
The staff is always friendly and welcoming, but I really appreciate the convenience of their online ordering and pickup system. However, I've encountered a consistent issue with my orders being incorrect. It seems like they need to take their time and double-check the details when fulfilling online orders. Additionally, they don’t seem to be very familiar with the new menu. I ordered the chef special, which is supposed to have meatballs, pepperoni, and mozzarella, but it only came with meatballs. This is the third time I’ve ordered that exact sub online and it’s been wrong every time. I've tried different items in hopes of getting it right. I also ordered a foot-long sub, but I received a 6-inch one instead.
