Potbelly - Feedback

What Nicole Wishard doesn't like about Potbelly:
I went to this restaurant for the first time today. I ordered a salad, a cookie and a drink. The cookie and drink were fine. The salad was not edible. The lettuce was brown. The tomatoes were bad, literally mush. The cucumbers were soft and squishy. I called and asked for a manager. You get a little shortbread cookie when you order a shake. We got chocolate shakes and dipped the cookie. Start at the end of the counter furthest from the entrance doors to order. It's kind of like subway. Like, I ordered a Wreck sandwich, but they still asked me what size i wanted and what veggies, condiments, and seasonings I would like on it. My son got a Grilled cheese.
