We arrived without a reservation after they had been booked solid the night before. The manager (Janet I think) was having a stressful day but was still very accommodating and answered all of my questions and made sure we were able to get the best rate possible. The other staff we encountered were also very friendly and pleasant.Our room was newly remodeled so it did have a slight off scent to it, but it was not over... View all feedback. Asoon i got there i was surprised that the place looks better then the photos i went to the the room took out my shoes and socks and went to the bed and i could you not the bed was soo itchy that i think a tick or a bedbug was there Overall they should hire pest control all over the View all feedback.
