What Anonym dislikes about Press Co:
The service was quite rude. I asked if I could get a paper fork, and I was turned down, despite my offer to buy the fork or even a drink in exchange. I was told that I could only receive a fork if I ordered a specific type of meal that required one. I don't understand why they couldn't just sell me a fork for $2, which likely wouldn't even cost them 5 cents! View all feedback.

I had a rather unpleasant experience. When I asked for a paper fork, I was dismissed even after offering to buy it or even order a drink to get one. I was told that I could only get a fork if I ordered a meal that needed one. I don’t understand why they wouldn’t just accept $2 for a fork that probably costs them only a few cents!

The coffee here is good, but the service leaves much to be desired. I ordered a caramel slice that was clearly marked at $4.50, yet when I paid, I was charged $5.00. When I asked the staff member about the discrepancy, he rudely insisted it was an error but was reluctant to refund me. After I made my point clearly, he finally agreed to give me my money back. This happened at 1 PM, so I can only imagine that many others before me may have fallen into the same trap!
