Great home cooked meals and very affordable. Why would anyone eat at home at these prices. Great bar service too.

Last night (Sunday) was the 2 course roast night for $13. Glad we made a booking as the place was packed by 6:30pm. There was roast- pork, beef, lamb, chicken, potato and pumpkin. Plus steamed vegetables, gravey and bread. All self serve so you could take as little or as much as you wanted. All the food was well cooked and fresh. We couldn't fit in dessert but it looked very nice. Seriously a great meal for the price. A few weeks ago we tried their fish and chip night. The fish was cooked to order (had a choice of 2 types) either battered, crumbed or grilled. Chips and salad were self serve. All for $12 and better cooked than most the the F&C shops we have been to. Drinks are very reasonably priced and the free bus was great. All staff from the bus driver, bar staff to cooks were very friendly.

Called in for a drink and it was a 2 course roast night in the bistro. Had a look and the food looked really nice so we decided to give it a try. Really nice choice of roast meats and vegetables. Nice choice of desserts on offer as well. Worth a visit if you're in the area.

Good meeting place for family and friends loved the kids play area, and a great place to hold an 86th birthday dinner

The bar and kitchen staff are really welcoming and friendly.The club was handy to our fantastic motel (like a 100 metres away) and fish and chip Tuesday and roast Wednesday nights were to good to pass up.The meals are well priced and the quality is very good, the roast night was better (but I'm a carnivore) and the bar prices are also great.Quiet and relaxing with a short stroll it was well worth it!
