The chicken was severely overcooked and the sauce had an odd flavor due to the unexpected addition of paprika. In my opinion, paprika has no place in Italian cuisine. My nan's rigatoni pasta was mediocre, consisting mostly of pasta and cheese. The dessert was the biggest disappointment of all. The "Nutella crepes" special turned out to be melted dark chocolate and a few chopped nuts, not Nutella as advertised. The crepes were also cold, adding to the disappointment. When we asked for tea with our dessert, the server admitted she did not know how to make it, as most customers order coffee in an Italian restaurant. This lack of basic tea-making skills was unacceptable. At least she did not charge us for the undrinkable tea. Overall, the dining experience was extremely disappointing. I would recommend going to Capella's instead, as they have consistently good Italian food. These guys are not able to compete with them, especially when they can't even cook chicken correctly.

If you cannot find what you want on the menu, just ask - Gianni will oblige with the consummate skill of a true host.
