Florentine Pizza and Charcoal Chicken

Ordered take away last night and Florentine was on Menulog. I ordered half chicken, chips and two salads. Well priced and generous portions. The delivery was super quick and the chicken itself was actually juicy and tasty. The salads were the let downs, not fresh and the dressings just didn't work. In saying that, the expectations weren't high, it was cheap and overall a good feed that left me nice and full.

This place has such a variety of food. There pizzas are awesome and they have an amazing chicken burger. Even better it is a family business. The value is great too. I am so glad this is local to us. We are here at least once a week.

Love this little pizza shop in Pascoe vale Rd, just grab a menu order your pizza and either get it delivered or pick up. We usually pick up always the same come in ten minutes, never had to wait and the pizza is always hot usually order 4 pizzas never ever been to this shop to find it empty always plenty of customers who all appear to be happy to wait. They also do dinner meals chicken etc, chicken with veggies is nice and they do a mean shrimp salad. Would I recommend yes certainly have also used them to cater at parties never any complaints

Food arrived stone cold. Driver was abusive and swore at us for his inability to find the driveway so he had to walk 50 metres to deliver the food, poor lil man.Owner was non apologetic just as rude as the driver and hung up on me.Later that night I came down with food poisoning from the food I ordered from here.

Love the food but the service is extremely poor and the staff lack any customer service skills. If you order take away on a busy night don't expect it for 2 hours or expect an accurate eta.
