The prices seem reasonable for speciality burgers. I chose the Vegie Stack and it was certainly a tall order. I would have appreciated a bigger plate and cutlery, to dismantle it, as I could not get my hand around it and the juices (oil ?)...More View all feedback.
What Donny Olson doesn't like about Burger Kitchen:
It didn’t seem that busy in store but perhaps online orders were keeping them busy. Tables were all piled up with dirty plastic plates, staff made no attempt to clean up during our 30 minute stay to clean them up. Loaded fries were very well...constructed however the luke warm fries took away from what could have been an amazing experience. I had the meaty goodness which was good but certainly nothing like what is de... View all feedback.
Came here for a vegan tasting menu. Each of the five dishes that came out were disappointing as the last. We had to go before the last course because the food was so bad and our stomachs felt strange. There were absolutely no spices in each of the dishes and we experienced some terrible food combinations like the Ricotta and Macadamia package with a pumpkin Béchamel. The Macadamia and Wattle seeds hummus had absolutely no taste and was served with the thinnest chips that would always break if you burst the hummus. The Beetroot dish seemed to be cooked on a bed of tasteless roasted beet root. None of the dishes were carefully thought out. None of the dishes were in any way enthusiastic. This meal was an insult how delicious vegan food can be. I would avoid this restaurant at all costs and spend your money elsewhere. For a restaurant that tastes with vegan cookbooks, you would think that the cooks at least knew how to season food a little.
Absolutely loved all vegan dishes here and loved the different combination of flavors
Great service and a good number of vegan options including an individually served, pan-made paella with or without mosquito chorizo. VGO patatas bravas and more. Owners are actively adding and looking in more vegan options are always happy to hear what people want. Vegan cooking classes are also available.
All I tried was the Chips but the service was friendly and they seemed to have many regular guests.
They make the best fried onion rings - so crispy! Small for 4 bucksTheir burgers are also nicely constructed, juicy and full of flavor.
