What User doesn't like about Valern:
I was extremely disappointed with the service I received from one of your staff members on Friday evening. My brother and I were at the restaurant playing the pokies and Keno when I asked him to get me a coke. The staff member rudely informed him that it was his third drink and he would have to pay for his next one. Great place to drop in for a quick gamble drink , friendly staff , bit bogan and a lot of colour white ppl there , hanging around the machine your playing , talk their lingo at the top of their voices, trying to bum smoked and drinks View all feedback.

The beautiful open fire and friendly staff make this restaurant inviting! The hot chocolate and fluffy scones hit the spot. Definitely worth a visit.

The Valern Hotel is an excellent place to enjoy a beer and meet up with friends. The staff provides exceptional personal service.
