Arrived at around 7pm on Monday night, only 2 other people there and around 6 items on the train, 4 staff who were all completely disengaged. Asked for vegetarian options was directed to the menu, did offer to take order but this is were the service stopped. Plenty of awkward moments attempting to get the attention of staff to fond out what was on the train, obviously they had no interest that we were wanting food, one syllable answers then wonder off again, try to get there attention again, finally and get thats egg... would of been so simple to actually engage us, offer information and ask if we wanted to order.. crappy sushi, crappy expereince.. not my first train but will be my last at this store... had 2 items and left... thumbs down... and not a dessert in sight..

The sushi train had hard... read more Very plain and quite poor sushi. I should have known that a sushi place staffed by white teenage girls would be boring and inefficient. The sushi train had hardly anything to choose from so we ordered from the menu. The sushi was so plain - literally plain boiled chicken in rice and nori. We had to substitute spring rolls into our order because they had didn't have enough egg salad or corn salad to make our requests (at 6pm). The oil used for deep frying was old and dirty. The wait staff seemed disorganised although the girl who served us was friendly. Better to try an authentic place next time.

Felt s... read more The sushi was okay but felt really uncomfortable when the manager was yelling at his staff. It wasn't a nice environment to be in whilst eating my lunch. Felt sorry for the new girl who was getting pushed around. I thought she was doing good! Probably won't be back again.
