Lot 104 Espresso + Wine Bar

12 of us where booked and seated outside. We asked to move inside due to cool night and it was no trouble for staff to set up.They had a singer outside and we asked if it was ok to pay him to play inside when his obligations where complete with venue.Again no problem and it made for a fun atmosphere and some dancing for our conference team.Everyone enjoyed a selection of food only disappointment was my crisp skin salmon was not crisp, however it was no problem and quickly rectified and credited from bill ( not that it was necessary)Service was excellent, friendly and made for a enjoyable night

Used to be a great place to eat last year. been disappointed a few times this year for dinner. Service was terrible with someone else's food being put on our table before it being whisked away again without so much as a word to us. we just looked at each other wondering what was going on only for it to happen again twice more, once with drinks and another with someone else's dessert. food took 1 hour and 30 mins to come out after which we decided to not have dessert as it was very late by this stage. This place used to be our location of choice but in recent months has become terrible, will not visit again for dinner.

We went there for lunch and found the food just great and quickly served. This a very friendly atmosphere with plenty to choose from.

If you want a great coffee with friendly staff, we would recommend Lot 104 Espresso & Wine Bar. Tara and the other staff are friendly, welcoming and do a wonderful job. Great views and affordable meals.
