Carpenetti's Italian Pizzeria - Moody

We ordered the delivery for lunch today! Our favorite is the Spinach Alfredo Pizza. The small feeds 2 of us with much left. great food for a great price.

Everything on the menu is excellent but my favorite is the pizza with anchovies. I am from New York and this is definitely Italian New York food. Glad you moved South. My daughter lives in Moody, AL and she surprised me with one of your pizzas one evening and I haven 't stopped going to your restaurant since. I take my 94 year old aunt with me and she truly enjoys the food and the atmosphere. She always asked me How Did You Find This Great Restaurant.

Awesome New York Style Brick Oven Pizza. For several years now, people, who know good pizza, have been saying to me, Believe it or not, the best NY style pizza around can be found at Carpenetti 's in Moody, AL! Really? Undoubtedly, yes, you can find it there. My wife and I finally made the trip out and was really impressed... Don 't go for the atmosphere, go for the pizza, prices, and friendly staff. Seriously, their brick oven pizza is almost identical to John 's Pizzeria in West Village, NYC, on Bleeker St. Perfect crust, super-flavored sauce, and fresh toppings, for 1/2 the price. Huge pizzas and slices. We were so impressed by the pizza, we plan to return on a regular basis, even though the trip is 30-45 mins one way.

I ordered out the pepperoni chips and the Italian Sausage sub for dinner. Plenty of crunchy tasty pepperoni chips with ranch. The sub was exceptional. Fresh bread and it was packed with sausage not to mention the peppers, onions, and sauce. The service was friendly and quick. Next time I'm around Leeds I'm coming back for more.
