We were a bit skeptical but it turned out to be one of the best meals we have had during our holidays (which included Galicia, Asturias, Cantabria and Bordeaux). We ordered ensalada de tomate rosa y ventresca, cordero, bacalao and solomillo de ternera everything was great and cooked to perfection. The entire family was pleased and loved their meals.

The f... read more With the expectations of the reviews read on TripAdvisor, the reality has been uneven. We ate the weekend menu, 25 euros, the entree was quite manageable. The first one a risotto was bad without patties, luckily the professionalism of our waiter changed the disaster for a plate of sausages with bread with tomato. The latter had a raw material of quality but the desire to make complicated the easy, ended up leaving the dishes in no man's land. The desserts were correct.

I booked a month before with all my enthusiasm to try the menu and also with gluten-free options, but we went down at the time of the reservation and we were su... read more I booked a month before with all my enthusiasm to try the menu and also with gluten-free options, but we went down at the time of the reservation and we were surprised that they had suddenly given that restaurant to an event for a particular birthday, leaving us stranded to all the reservations that we had planned to try the Cucharilla. They referred us to the other bar that the hotel has, Sam I think I remember, and there they only had a small snack menu. I think it was a very bad management that they tried to solve but without notifying any client. Because if I had known, I would have gone looking for another upscale tasting menu and perhaps even booked at another hotel. Very disappointed.
