food I would say very good , pizza in normality, very good desserts especially the fried dumpling with walnut to not take 1 to head is huge staff a little slow 1) the waiter x to put the glass on the table took it from the top where then the customers lean the mouth I had to clean it with napkin 2) pick up the dishes without asking anything else we always called 3) the waiter not properly covered nose View all feedback.

With change of management (now Papilla you gain some extra things in the menu, but you lose in sympathy and cleanliness. On the pizza (from 5 out of 10 we found a hair, they make you sit but do not clean the tables, arrive after 2-3 calls and peeled finally pass a dirty rag, in the bathrooms it is better not to pass (gates, lurid floors, intercrusted sinks ... . Not to mention the green that no longer exists... only... View all feedback.

We had dinner in the outside (covered by curtains) it was so cold that we kept the duvets and coats while we were eating, there were not enough stoves to warm the environment, it was freezing! Disaster cooking service we sat at 20.45 and the last daisy pizzas arrived at 22.40 when all the others had finished eating the ordered burgers I suggest the club to limit the choice of courses if then there is no possibility to manage the service for so many people
I usually never make bad reviews but in this case I feel the duty to do it. My wife, my 21-month-old son and I sat at the table to eat something and my wife and I began to give the parrot taken from home to our son (who wept for hunger) waiting to order our dish. A lady, I don't know if the owner or an employee, told us so bad that we couldn't give our son food brought from home and so we should have “accomodated” on the benches of the public garden outside the premises. The justification was that their restaurant also prepares first dishes and that we should have given our son a plate to be in the club. My comment is simply COMPLIMENTS! In addition to the bad commercial choice (my wife and I would have spent between 40 and 50 euros and certainly have lost habitual customers), I find this behavior to say little incivile.
Bad, rude, aggressive and caphonous service. Gross place. I hope to see him closed in a few months!
1 For the least one cannot. Bars to avoid at all costs, not even free I would return. Incompetent staff and rude and mean direction. The staff overturned all the spritz on trenches, purse and clothing and despite everything they made it pay without proposing to pay the laundry, instead when we returned to present the receipt of only trench they proved arrogant and aggressive without refusing the damage and apologize. Service level from third world, not suitable for having an activity in Italy. Smurf!
