We were very interested in the under 40 menu and went to try it at the first opportunity. The restaurant itself is very quiet, well-kept and pleasant. We were greeted by the staff who immediately made sure to make us feel comfortable, taking our coats and accompanying us to the table. Shortly after sitting down, we were explained how the experience would take place and dinner began. We received a series of dishes (9) each accompanied by an explanation from the staff of how the dish was composed and what the idea behind its creation was. To conclude we were able to taste a really good first course which was certainly the icing on the cake. Before we left, the chef also took care to take a few minutes to introduce himself and tell us a little more about his cuisine. Truly an exquisite person, as well as objectively good professionally. There were three of us at the table and we all left pleasantly satisfied.
A few evenings ago my partner and I went to eat at the Atmosphere restaurant, I would say that the welcome was not bad, they took our coats and made us sit at the Our table, the wait was quite long at least 20 minutes before starting dinner, let's say that being a very chatty couple it flew by but we were quite hungry. Finally we start dinner and the Waitress began to tell us a little about the dishes we were going to taste, let's say that the starters were very delicate and good although I would say that I found the bearded waiter not very engaging, in fact I would say a little annoyed or rather listless with little desire to work . He would come and say just three or four words and he would go bye. The first was spaghetti with garlic, chilli oil and broad bean cream Good though From my point of view it needed to be adjusted. It was not very tasty and just lacked the spicy note but it was still good. The thing that really left me stunned was the dessert, €13 for two puffy pistachio balls, I would say the price wasn't justified, but it was a good dinner, but €44 per person the price or rather the profit they had is too much or rather not justified, €30 would have been more justified but not more, still a good dinner but honestly I would never go back there again.
For my daughter's family graduation party I wanted an elegant restaurant. Even though the restaurant would be closed on Saturday lunch, after an exploratory contact they granted us a guided menu. I knew the place and I let it happen without doubts. They welcomed us in a dedicated room and pampered us with exquisite food with excellent raw materials cooked without arrogance or mistakes. What can I say... they gave our special day an unforgettable touch. Thank you
Gourmet restaurant with a clear Sicilian feel. The tasting service was excellent, praised by equally well-trained dining room staff. Young chef with great inspiration. National wine list and not satisfactory satisfactory. If you can, have dinner in the cellar, it's truly romantic.
