Cold room: there is an air conditioner but it cannot be used, there is not even a remote control. There is a small radiator in the room which is not enough to heat the whole room. Room not soundproofed: it seems to have people talking in the street in the room as well as those from adjacent rooms. Decent breakfast. Good cleaning. High price for the services offered. Only the location is excellent. PS the check in was stressful: due to work issues I couldn't give the manager certainty about the check in time, after a small discussion, I managed to get the 8pm, sorry but it doesn't work like that. Traditional place. You may like the environment or not, certainly those who prefer modern furnishings may find it old-fashioned.
