Texas Roadhouse - MONUMENT

Mostly visit this place when my mother and dad visit the area, this recent visit was very fast in service. Although we went unintentionally when they stopped the seat for the evening and were there for two hours, the waitress was polite and accommodating. Unfortunately, I don't remember her name, but she was polite when we were there for so long. We usually get good service at this point, but tonight I would say our waitress was beyond expectations and delivered great customer service.

We visited Texas Roadhouse for birthday dinner. Our server was wonderful! She made sure that our drinks and food came out quickly and properly. Unfortunately, one of the steaks of our party came a little overcooked (medium rather than medium rare), but as our server came by and we mentioned it, apologized it immediately and offered a new steak to be cooked. The second steak came perfectly cooked and we were very happy. The rest of the food we ordered came perfectly cooked for the first time and was absolutely delicious. After we had finished our dinner as it had been mentioned to the server that it was a special occasion, they brought out the cowboy saddle and celebrated it what it felt very special. When the bill came, the manager had heard that one of the steaks had come wrong and had to be made new so that they took a few of the bill, which was a beautiful but unexpected gesture. Overall, I would highly recommend this Texas Roadhouse. The service and food is wonderful and they make sure you enjoy your food.

As usual, service and quality here. Roadhouse at several locations was consistently good, their process and quality control are excellent. We came to St. Patty's day and the waitress was all dressed and very energetic, good time. My only feedback is that the flowering onions are not consistently cooked on the same point. Be raw dough. When we got them, the waiting staff have been excellent to replace it with a properly cooked one.

Eating is always good. They give you unlimited fresh baking rolls. The country fried steak with white gravy will make you feel like you are in Texas! Just like my grandma! I didn't give 5 stars because the price is too high. There are Dine before 6p offers are $11.99. You have a u shaped bar to sit and use the Happy Hour drinks. I don't think they have happy hour food. If they do, it was not advertised. The autumn was friendly and friendly, new the menu and helped with the selection of dishes!

It was very busy when we came in. Seemed to be only a few open tables. We were seated shortly, and the waiter properly came by. Had our drinks out to us in short order. Appetizers/salads arrived shortly after that. Main courses were served in reasonable timing. Waiter checked on us multiple times; drinks never ran dry.
