Qdoba Mexican Eats - MONUMENT

I was in the mood for a healthier meal, so I decided to check out this Qdoba location. It had been a while since I last dined at a Qdoba, so I was excited to see what they had to offer on their menu. I ended up ordering a bowl with brisket, which was really tasty but a tad on the salty side. I also opted for Cauliflower mash as my base. Overall, my meal was enjoyable, but I felt it was a bit pricey. The customer service was excellent, especially at checkout where the staff member was very friendly and helpful.

The location is well-kept and the staff are always friendly. The only hiccup was when they had new staff being trained, but besides that, I give it two thumbs up.

The food was amazing, but the customer service was even better. It was a great experience to receive such excellent service. The staff were incredibly patient and attentive. Kudos to them!

The soup at the restaurant was served cold. The manager refused to accept my survey coupon for chips and salsa, claiming that he had never seen one before. This has not been an issue at any other Qdoba location. The workers were not wearing masks and were not very friendly.

The food was pretty good. However, we had to wait for a table to be cleaned because all the tables were dirty. The floors were scattered with food and trash. There were many workers who could be cleaning instead. Overall, not a good impression.
