We decided to stay in an Air Bnb by the monument, which is something the locals recommended. I must say, I was very impressed with the restaurant we tried out. As soon as we walked in, the delicious smell made our mouths water. I ordered the artichoke pizza on a New York style crust and the pepperoni on a pan crust. The Artichoke Pizza was absolutely divine - the thin crust was crispy and added a lot to the overall f... View all feedback.

I cannot evaluate your restaurant when you close early. It was 8:13 PM and you had already shut your front door and turned off the open sign. In order to be successful in the restaurant industry, it is important to stick to the schedule you have advertised to the public. Also, we noticed that both doors were locked when we arrived in the parking lot. Consistency is key in running a business, so please stay on track w... View all feedback.
Best pizza anywhere around co springs. Great buffalo wings and Philly cheese grinders (authentic! also!! Live music on Saturday evenings adds a little fun.
As far as pizza goes in Monument there aren’t too many options. That in mind the pizza is on par with Old Chicago. The garlic cheese bread is excellent. The flaky pizza crust is used throughout the recipes. Jalapeño poppers were great. We got the specialty Spinach Artichoke pizza. Came out a bit colorless but the flavor was on point. Between this and OC the only thing holding Pies back is a lack in drink variety. If you have a sweet tooth you definitely want P&G. Couldn’t narrow down between cheesecake and zeppoles. Got both, both were great. The order portions were great. Each course could have filled me up on my own. I will be leaving with plenty of leftovers. We didn’t try the gimmick of CBD infused goodies. Monument Pies and Grinders has a patio and the owners are dog friendly. If you are debating between this and Papa Johns or Dominos just give it a shot. 2 people, all this food and no deal or discount, it was $54 before tip. They have some great deals we missed out on.
Best pizza in Colorado hands down and the manager Linda is a saint. You won't regret ordering here at all.
Pizza was good. Ordered one personal size, smallest available and it took over 30 minutes. Won't be back for lunch. Might try again if they will let us call ahead. Staff was friendly I just don't have 30 min to wait on a personal pizza at lunch. Edit- I got a nice response from management. I'll definitely try the call ahead next time, while I complained a little about the the wait I could emphasize a little more...the pie was pretty fantastic.
We're so glad that locally owned an operator shops like this are here. Fantastic food never had a bad meal there. Too bad a corporation like Pizza Hut callously moved in 100ft from them. Guess where I'll be going? Gotta support local!
