It was my sons 20th birthday, we came from Montrose Co, and we went to the Springs, so we met halfway seen this place and said we would stop. I asked if they did anything for birthdays, and the waiter said oh we give sopapillas. He brought them, and he said, There you go dude. Then 2 minutes later, there 's a group down the way, and they have a Sombrero, and the staff is singing. What a Crock!!! View all feedback.

Best Chimichanga I ever had! STUFFED with meat and the verde sauce (small charge) is for DIE! Emily was our server and she was beautiful – very pleasant and accommodating with our wishes. Also the handmade margarita with the fresh pressed juice was super delicious. Definitely recommend!
Our server, Megan, made the best experience ever! She was friendly, funny and very knowledgeable about the menu. She answered all our questions. We will definitely come back! And make sure you ask to sit in Megans section for a great experience.
This is one of our favorite restaurants in Monument and Colorado Springs. The atmosphere and the staff were always exceptional. We appreciate that. Most of the time the food was also great, but there are times that left a little to wish. That would be my only criticism. However, we really enjoy this jewel in Monument.
Excellent food. They told us their tortillas were made in house this is not true, and they are not tasty (for anyone who is used to good homemade). The sign on the front door seems risky is the manager Republican and didn 't read about Eddie 's Ristorante ?
