Back East And Grill - MONUMENT

Really good place to eat! Tried the Back East Bread appetizer and loved it. Really good cheese and marinara sauce. I have a Caesar salad, corn and potatoes and gravy. The food was great and the staff was very friendly. Would definitely come back.

Love, love, love this place. One of the best fish sandwiches I've ever had because it's not overly baked and the fish is wet. But the best is this incredible housekeeper who comes with him. We tried her pulp and it was great. They coat it with butter (or something) that ensures the salt sticks. The bread is very soft and warm. The queen has a lot of taste, maybe a little thinner than I like, but the little bit of heat is beautiful. I like to stop at noon because the service is always fast. Prices are reasonable due to quality and large portions. Go on! See you soon.

As my husband says, whatever they do right. We love the fish and chips. We travel a lot, try to compare a lot of fish and chips and this is BY FAR the best we have ever tasted!! The fish is tasty, fresh, moist and the dough is just right as Goldilocks would say. It's not a Frills operation. Service is always excellent. We don't even live in the area, but if we're in town, it's a must!

The first time we'll try this place tonight and definitely be back! Started with the Philly Waffle Pommes we knew we were for a treat! They were so good!!!! I ordered the Colorado Burger (comes with grilled onions, tasty queen, bacon) along with the spicy Taters (consider a cheerful roasted hashbrown with a small kick). That's my new favorite burger now! The ambience was beautiful, the facilities were very open and the staff was welcoming!

Such a hidden gem! We lived in the area for 2 years before going in one day. Best pizza in town for sure! Good vibes if you dine in. Sports bar if you want to watch games and I’ve seen live music a couple times as well.
