On New Year's Eve, my wife and I visited the Bacarat location. Unfortunately, the server seemed unaware of the menu items. What User doesn't like about Johnny Rockets:
Here's a sweat. I understand that the dinge in a casino are more expensive, but are they serious? chicken club sandwich. 14,90 dollar. that is brot, salat two strips speck and a subcooked small piece huhn. no drink, nothing else. they never called my order, so it sat there for 20 minutes until I asked if it was mine. Johnny Rockets sucked! The food was terrible and the service was slow!
I was disappointed with the service and how the food was delivered to the tables at Johnny Rockets. The food should be placed on trays and served to customers properly. Servers should also be wearing gloves. This was my first and last visit, as I was not satisfied with my experience at all.
