A truly delightful experience for my birthday. This gourmet restaurant ticks all the boxes for happiness. What's more, I'd forgotten my mobile phone on the table (yes, really! and a waiter came all the way to the bus stop (located opposite the restaurant to bring it back to me. Thank you to him.
Excellent experience at Le Physalis. The restaurant offers high-quality, homemade cuisine, with flavorful, well-executed, and carefully prepared dishes. You can really taste the work that goes into the ingredients, the cooking techniques, and the balance of flavors. The menu changes regularly, which makes the experience always enjoyable and allows you to discover new suggestions with each visit. This is a real strength, as it gives an impression of freshness and vibrant cuisine. Chef Antonio is excellent, and his expertise is clearly evident on the plate. His cuisine is generous, refined, and authentic, while remaining very pleasant and approachable. The atmosphere is warm, the service is welcoming and professional, and everything makes you want to return. For me, Le Physalis is a wonderful place that I wholeheartedly recommend for an excellent homemade meal.
Excellent local restaurant with a very authentic Paris atmosphere. The food, drinks, and service were all amazing. You can tell this is a place loved by locals — the owner seems to know almost everyone coming in, and the restaurant is usually full, which says a lot. The atmosphere is warm, friendly, and not touristy at all. The prices are also very affordable, especially for Paris. Definitely one of my favorite places I visited during my stay in the 14th arrondissement. Highly recommend if you want a real local Paris experience.
I went there for dinner. The total bill, including beer and a glass of wine, was 55 euros. The food was delicious and I was very satisfied. Above all, the waiter was extremely polite and provided excellent, precise service. I'm Japanese and I've traveled all over the world, and sometimes I have unpleasant experiences. But there was absolutely nothing like that here, and I had a very pleasant time. It's a little far from the city center, but I highly recommend it.
