In the last few months I worked with Shannon, Canada, to organize a welcome and rehearsal dinner for my son's wedding, which took place in Top of the Pines, in Ridgway, Colorado. Shannon took care of every detail - she ran the event as if she was personally. The food was excellent; everyone loved it and there was enough choice to meet special needs. The food here is absolutely wonderful, the staff is knowledgeable and friendly, and the atmosphere is wonderful small town! I wish we had a Rib City in Northern Nevada!
I have the baby back ribs and the cattle brisket plates to go. The portion sizes were a little small, but very tasty. I loved the slightly spicy, very peppery Mac and cheese, but note that small children probably don't like it. The tangy sauce was an interesting bbq Senf Fusion
