Qdoba Mexican Eats - Montrose

Folded the burrito wrong so that the soggy toppings are all at one end and the meat and rice was at the other. Gross. Way to ruin the food. Has happened more than once or I wouldn't have mentioned anything.

I can't recommend ordering through the app, at least not at the Montrose Qdoba. I've received a number of inaccurate app-placed orders over the years, including the last two.Last time my bowl order was missing guacamole...this time I peeked inside to make sure they'd remembered the guac and, satisfied, headed home. Alas, when I dumped my order in a bowl, I discovered that there was no rice...and yes, it's on the receipt.Now that they no longer offer impossible bowls, there's decreasing incentive for me to order. If and when I do order, I would go into the store to make sure all the ingredients are added...and in the end, I suspect that's their preference.FYI I previously called the store after receiving an inaccurate order and could sense that the guy on the other end really didn't care and did not offer any resolution. Glad they have this chain in Montrose I visit often. After a long hike in mountains what better food than a qdoba rice bowl.
