I called today to place an order at a restaurant where I have ordered from before and always left a generous tip. I was planning on giving them a 5-star rating, but unfortunately, my experience today was less than satisfactory. When I called, only one person was working and I had to wait for 6 minutes before they took my order. The woman on the phone rudely informed me that their computer was down and I could wait on... We tried Montrose Pizza and More for the first time tonight. We ordered two pizzas and bread, and it was exceptionally delicious. The service on the phone and during pickup was also great. Despite a 25-minute drive, everything was still hot when we got home. We will definitely be returning customers. View all feedback.
