Kfc - Montrose

The chicken tenders shrunk again. Oddly enough, the price went up.

Service was a bit slow, but food was fresh and hot.

Just went to this store, just moved here and have a large family and just wanted to feed my hungry children was offered a 10 piece meal and aske for the 16 piece family meal and was then told they had no chicken very confused i asked how i could get a 10 piece seconds earlier at which time they all laughed and said a large man in a car wiped them out of chicken. Nobody else was there not inside, not drive threw not anywhere. The workers really thought it was super funny and cool to basically lie and refuse to sell ius a dinner. I will never step foot into this place again, and i will make sure everyone i can tell knows what happened and takes their business elsewhere. I am beyond belief that this kind of behavior is acceptable in this store. Everyone that reads this please make them aware of my experience tonight and maybe choose a different option the disrespect and straight up lying and the fact they all just laughed and thought it was the greatest thing to do tona customer. As a business owner myself I would fire everyone on that shift and try to reestablish my name, and id be embarrassed beyond imagination for this. If i could leave no stars i would and i pray nobody else will have to feel the embarrassing horrific feeling we just had and if the owner is reading this or a manager please teach your employees to do better.

Food is always yummy, unfortunately, instead of DRIVE THRU...had to pull around.. always annoying. While waiting, decided to use restroom...it was busy, but the door frame, handle, and floor were disgustingly FILTHY. I chose to skip the bathroom. My food was finally brought out...when I arrived home, a 25 minute drive, several items missing. Over all..it may be awhile before I go back.

The food might be great on a good day, but the customer service is always bad whenever I go. The drive thru person never has a friendly or comforting face when interacting with them, and once they hand me my food it’s without a word said. No “here you go” or “have a nice day” nothing. Just take your food and get out of here type of energy
