A front man in the morning was very very kind. a room was clean. The coin laundry was also clean.
Room very nice, but chose to stay at Fairfield across the street on next visit because late checkout wasn’t an option even though Diamond (well, got 1200, so not bad) and Fairfield upgraded me to a Suite and gave late checkout. Breakfast was fantastic at Hampton though and staff nice.
Really clean, comfortable hotel seconds from MJT! So close I just walked from the terminal. All the staff was always nice the limited times I interacted with them. Never did breakfast, opted for sleep but I heard it was mostly powdered eggs and basic items. The room was spotless, I had a wonderful 18 hour visit. Will definitely return!
Wonderful staff, they make a great difference in a hotel as small as this one.
It may just have been our room, but with a 12 mile an hour wind outside the window was howling. I’m not kidding, it sounded like a tornado was approaching. Also, we stayed one night and the rate was over $200 which is ridiculous for, a hotel of this caliber. I guess spring break really messed everything up, but it simply was not worth that amount of money, especially the unbelievable window issue, and when the front desk person told me, it was not that big a deal and I was overreacting, I don’t consider that good customer service.
