What prpn doesn't like about Fuji:
We were greeted at the door by two staff members having an argument amongst themselves. Then we were told forcibly that we’d have to wait 40 minutes to be served in spite of the restaurant only being half full. Staff were unwelcoming and clearly wanted us to go away!Unhelpful, irritable staff wound not provide tap water unless paid for it. Snatched money out of my hand at the end. Need new staff. It doesn't look like much from outside, but we tried and very good value for money, the waiter very friendly, everything is fresh and cooked on site, I was very pleasantly surprised, my crispy beef was delicious...I ate it much worse for much more
Really loved it. We had some sushi and fish was fresh and delicious. We also had some pho and beef stir fry. Both were excellent quality and tasty. Given the nice location, it isn’t expensive either. Very recommended.
The spicy hot pot, tomato and egg soup, and garlic water spinach are so yummy! I didn’t expect such delicious Chinese food in Montreux! And the most important thing is that after almost 10 days in Switzerland, this is the only restaurant without any flies. I’m so touched

Top restaurant in Montreux, excellent staff, very good and hot food. Having been several times I strongly advise you to go there. At the top
