The restaurant was a bit noisy, but I realized it was only certain parts of the restaurant. The restaurant itself is stunning, absolutely beautiful! The menu had a great selection with delicious options. I ordered the beef marrow and it was a very generous portion - I couldn't even finish it! The cocktails were tasty and the wine selection was good. The service was also good. Overall, it was a wonderful evening. View all feedback.
I am flexitarian, so I eat meat very rarely, but I tell them this place is worth it. my family and I all took different plates to try as many things as possible. dad had the braised beef shoulder that had an INCREDIBLE sauce and. the bark was super tender! I had the meat plowers and everything was from this world. my favorites were the dessert that was melted in the mouth, the porridge and the kartoffel salad that was the best I ever had and I have tried many! my mother had the special thing about the day that was a lamb brain cake with mushroom carrots, and it came with a gravitation salad. excellent! Finally, my brother had the bangers and mash. the available sausage was white wine and crumbled and it was unbelievable! for a culinary experience at a slightly higher price I really recommend this place. I will definitely go back for special events. very attentive and quick service.
One of my favorite spots to grab a drink and just relax and feel good. Ambiance is everything to me and I I love it here. It’s dark with candles everywhere, leather booths with rich woods. The bathroom downstairs carry’s out the theme of the...restaurant it’s great. Canadian Old fashions are my favorite drink that they make they have dark cherry and it taste like heaven. It’s a must try. Always happy to come here
The winning combination of great food , creative ways of presenting the classics and a fun crowd made a wonderful dining experience. Very attentive and knowledgeable staff , great cocktail choices and a friendly crowd make this place a solid choice downtown .
Stopped in for a quick beer before a Canadiens game. Saw the menu. Went back after the game to eat. Amazing.
Wonderful romantic mood. The wait staff was very friendly and helpful. The food was fantastic. We split a perfectly cooked Scotch Egg. We had a couple of drinks each and our main course was the Cornish Hen dinner for two. It was incredible. We will...definitely come back the next time we are in Montreal. It is not a cheap eats place, but worth it. Sorry for the dinner pick, but we started and forgot to take the pic.
