Contribute FeedbackThe restaurant received mixed reviews regarding both service and food quality. Some guests were disappointed with the limited Christmas menu on Christmas Eve and felt the dishes were overpriced and under-seasoned. Others praised the outstanding food quality, especially the steak and grilled octopus. Service was also a point of contention, with some diners receiving excellent service from enthusiastic staff, while others felt neglected by inattentive waiters. Overall, Rincon Argentino Santa Fe offers a mix of delicious food and attentive service, with some room for improvement in terms of consistency and menu variety.
The atmosphere of the restaurant was lovely, but the quality of the food was average for the price.
This time, the service on the terrace was not great.
Very good restaurant, friendly staff, delicious food.
The food was okay but nowhere near where I expected it to be for such a high price point. Things were under seasoned and dishes were curated more for aesthetic rather than taste
The food at this restaurant was exceptional. I had previously thought that the nearby Rosely's brunch was amazing, but this surpassed my expectations. Unfortunately, the service fell short. Our waiter seemed disinterested and was not attentive to our table. We had to repeatedly ask for water refills, coffee, and other necessities. Considering the quality of the restaurant, I expected much better service. Despite this, I still left a 15% tip, as I have worked in the service industry before and understand the importance of tipping. However, I would have happily left over 20% if our waiter had been more attentive. The other staff members who cleared our plates were friendly, but our waiter's attitude dampened our overall experience. We did not even have the chance to settle the bill or say goodbye, as someone else took care of it. In conclusion, the food was fantastic, but the service left much to be desired.
