authentic cuisine! We arrived at 7 by having 50 min for lunch and the challenge was raised by hand! It should be noted that the ingredients are local and fresh! reception is friendly and sincere, a traditional cuisine with good products! View all feedback.
What thecassyput doesn't like about L'auberge Du Dominicain:
Small restaurant and retail place. There were only 4 of us there for a Saturday lunch and the service was 'relaxed ' but friendly. Margaret had squid which was OK. I had a very large plate of charcuterie excellent pate, OK rillette, salami and chorizo. Not so keen on the boudin or ham. Margaret had a salad which was also OK. I had cassoulet which was flavourful. Nice bottle of local red. €61. View all feedback.
We had a very good memory of this inn, which we had celebrated a year ago, this time it was perfect, with the royal cassoulet that was excellent, we finished the dish. a great bravo to the mother of the waitress who made this regional dish that I like to have the opportunity to come back we took a beautiful dish of cassoulet always prepared by the mother that we will taste at the hot house in the wood oven and we will bring the empty dish back to the Dominican hostel or we will taste another before sleeping in a beautiful trailer
Family restaurant. Old-style inn. The boss who's at the service is very welcoming. the dishes are copyy, fresh, excellent. a surprise kir is offered in aperitif. an excellent sorbet to the fig tree. Not to be missed.

Menus and a rich and diverse map for small and small, rich and delicious; a very friendly welcome of patience and goodness. Thank you.
Montreal is the capital of the cassoulet, even if it is not written in the guides, the inn of the Dominicans knows its case with respect to cassoulet: a feast. warm and warm welcome. Do not hesitate to discover.
