The Banh Mis are really tasty and their preparation is rather quick. But if you are in a hurry, you can also grab one of their prepared lunchboxes. The portions are decent and you will pay less than 10$.It is a fast-food, so there is no table service. But you can eat on the spot if you want. The place is clean and bright.Perfect for office lunch! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Vua Sandwichs:
I found this place on a list of great cheap eats. It was OK. Banh Mei was good but not great. This is fast food, nothing special. A sandwich and spring roll $9. Fine in a rush for cheap, don't take to impress. View all feedback.
The sandwiches at this restaurant are made with fresh, delicious, and authentic ingredients. But what really sets them apart for me is the bun. They quickly heat it up before adding the fillings, resulting in a warm, fresh, and flaky bun.
This restaurant offers excellent Banh Mi, sushi, and salads, and is conveniently located near McGill University on the bottom floor of an office building on the corner. The staff is friendly, prices are reasonable, and there is a great selection of proteins for the Banh Mi sandwiches. We dined here multiple times during our visit because the service was fast and the food was delicious. You can choose to dine in or take out.
This Vietnamese sandwich shop is the best! Every item I try is always delicious, from the sandwiches to the sushi and premade plates. Make sure to try the skewered balls at the cashier, they are fantastic! The only downside is that I used to frequent this place because of its affordable prices. However, after gaining popularity, they began to increase their prices.
The food at this place isn't bad but it isn't good either. The flavours are very normal and nothing special. Cheap price for Banh Mis and other foods but if you want something that really has authentic Vietnamese tastes, this place will not serve that purpose. I came here once and would not come again though staffs were nice but the vegetarian Banh Mi I ordered was kind of disappointing. I'd say it was tasteless and I was trying really hard to swallow the food down my throat.
The bread is really above par and exactly what you're looking for in Banh Mi sandwiches. The flavours are there, some tang, some sweet, some sour and I recommend you take spicey. 2-3 options up there that do not quite belong there, like the greek and the shish taouk sandwich. 7' sandwich and a soft drink will set you back 7$. Never tried the sushi or the bubble tea but I'm really just there for those two. Everything made quick, in and out within 10 minutes if you take it to go during lunch hours.
