The ordered chicken padsew only got the padsew without huh. they calculate 13$ for noodles that are likely to cost 2$, the least they can do, is huh in them.

I was super happy today. I have a fresh spring roll and tilted. paid $7.27 I had to come back because the rice paper was soggy and the package fell apart before I could eat it. I brought back the package completely uneaten and thought maybe it was just one that was too long so I could just swap it for another. I was super nice about it and even said sorry! the girl in the money literally started screaming at me before everyone, that they are all the same and they are made fresh every morning. she could have offered me a suppe. I was so shocked about her attitude and screamed. I felt assaulted when I was just friendly and didn't even pick up my vote, working in the food industry itself. at this point, I asked for a refund because I was really embarrassed that she would treat a customer like that. that made her more and she started screaming again and said that she can't refund me because she doesn't know how and the manager is not in. So I was kind of shocked, but the super sweet cook offered me something else. then she started to shout pick anything else its even more expensive anything. So I offered to pay the difference and she just yelled at me to get something. true, in case of a loss for words. the chef made me go and I thanked him several times. he was super nice and his rice was really great, so no complaining about the actual eating at all. on the way out I even looked at her and thanked her and she just stared back and said nothing. I could understand if I was rude about it, but she really made me eat in front of everyone by yelling at me like that. as embarrassing and mean. I can't believe she's in customer service, I think she'd do much better in telemarketing or something. please do them better than that, it really ruined my day.

I ordered from here through Doordash. I ordered the habibi bowl the sandwich baja chicken avocado. When we received it, the habibi bowl didnt have any chicken and sauce. The sandwich barely had any avocado or tomatoes and the slice of the swiss cheese was smaller then half the sandwich size. This is ridiculous. Is it that hard to prepare such easy meals without making such mistakes? You wont see me buy from Cultures again... disappointing.

I am a fan of Thai express, but I was disappointed with my order yesterday. I chose a beef pad see ew instead of my regular pad Thai because I really wanted the broccoli. I had about 6 ultra thin pieces of broccoli in my order. And by thin, I mean like you would get using a potato peeler to cut thin strips. It surely looked nothing like the picture. I'll go back to my pad Thai next time. I also decided to try the sausage wrap. Unfortunately, the sausage was tasteless. I won't be ordering that again.
