Terrasse Lafayette has some good things going... homey atmosphere, BYOW, laid back. We've been there twice but won't be returning. The first time was on a Saturday night about a year ago- the waiters were pleasant, the place was pretty full. The food was so-so. We returned for lunch today. read moreLocated in the Mile End neighborhood, this restaurant has received mixed reviews regarding their menu changes over the years. While some miss the charm of the previous menu offerings, others appreciate the delicious Lafayette Pizza and the BYOB policy. The terrasse is praised for its ambiance during the summer, despite a few complaints about loud music. The service is generally described as friendly and professional, although some have noted inconsistencies. Overall, the restaurant is seen as a decent spot for a casual meal, with generous portions and good value for the price. While some diners have experienced disappointment with recent changes, many still find it to be a hidden gem in the Plateau neighborhood.
