St. Henri Microtorrecateur is a small coffee bean roastery, and definitely worth stopping by for a coffee. The pastries -- not so much. The last time I was there, I had a lovely macchiato, this time, a great cappuccino and what makes the place outstanding is the roast. This isn't a place that buys beans from from some roaster, meaning everything, subject to the skill of the barista is good, but same. Instead, the cof... View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about St-Henri Microtorrefacteur:
There are plenty of coffee shops around St-Henri and if your "barista" keeps up with his attitude, you'll see a major decline in your clientele. Never going back, shame cause I love it there! Get rid of him! View all feedback.
Beautiful café! The place is cozy, modern and very clean, and there are enough places to seat. The coffee itself was good and they have great milk alternative options (macadamia nut, oats, etc. . The sizes are way bigger than in any other places in Montreal (according to where we have been so far! . The barista was super friendly as well! We had two lattes with oat milk, regular sized, for about 11$ total. We would recommend this place if you want a real good quality coffee in a beautiful Montreal café!
This cafe has modern decor. It's neat and clean though the tables are a little small. The barista is really quiet so I had to have him repeat himself a couple times.
Very cute and cozy cafe! The hot chocolate and London fog was delicious! And their pastries look Devine! Good wifi connection! Close to many other restos since it's right in the center of the street St Denis! They even have a little corner store/depaneur that's on the side of the cafe, which carries things like kambucha, granola bars, candy machine etc. Love the little designs they make on the drinks and the cashier is really friendly and welcoming! Definitely, a good place for University student to go study! And it's close to the metro!
Tidy coffee shop right, this spot's got some stronggg caffeine. It's also quite spacious and might be a good place to get some work done.
On the recently renovated rue Emery, off rue Saint-Denis, is the newly renovated Café Saint-Henri Quartier Latin. Our latest visit was on a Sunday afternoon in late April. Café Saint-Henri Quartier Latin offers a selection of coffees and pastries. (Breakfast items are also available all day, or while supplies last. The café has seating around the perimeter (banquettes, tables and chairs and long wooden tables in the centre. We had caffè latte and chocolate biscuits. Excellent, if a little on the expensive side. The service was personable and quick. The café was not too busy, and finding a seat was not a problem.
